Appeal from a decision of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, dated February 27, 2017, deemed from a judgment of the same court entered March 1, 2017 (see CPLR 5512 [a]).

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, as no appeal lies from a judgment entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511).
Appellant's remedy, if he so advised, is to move in the District Court to set aside the default judgment.
