ORDERED that this appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Hastings-On-Hudson, Westchester County, entered July 9, 2014, is stricken from the appeals calendar and the general calendar, as the appeal has not been properly perfected in that the minutes of the hearing held on January 15, 2014 have not been included in the record on appeal.
While the record includes a transcript that purports to be a transcript of the proceedings held on January 15, 2014, the transcript is in fact a transcript of earlier proceedings held in August 2013.
