ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 30, 2017, in the above-entitled action, on an appeal from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated February 24, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the language "on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before September 29, 2017; and it is further," and by deleting the second decretal paragraph thereof.
