| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to hold in abeyance appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 20, 2015, December 15, 2015, and December 24, 2015, respectively, and two judgments of the same court both dated December 24, 2015, pending determination of a certain motion by the Supreme Court, Westchester County, and to vacate a stay of enforcement of the orders and the judgments, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 8, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
