Motion by appellant, by order to show cause dated July 18, 2017, for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered June 8, 2017. In a stipulation dated July 28, 2017, the parties agreed to the withdrawal of the appeal.
