| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Robert A. Bertsch for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Bertsch was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division in the Second Department on May 29, 1991. By opinion and order of this Court dated October 30, 2013, Mr. Bertsch was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years. Mr. Bertsch died on July 10, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereo, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as academic in light of the death of Robert A. Bertsch on July 10, 2017.
