Jamaica Wellness Medical, P.C., as Assignee of Jean Yves Donalds, Appellant, v State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, Respondent.

Application by respondent for an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 17, 2016, until a preliminary injunction granted by the District Court for the Eastern District of New York on May 18, 2017 is no longer in effect.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal and appellant's application are held in abeyance; and it is further,

ORDERED that, in accordance with Rules of the Appellate Term, 2d Dept [22 NYCRR] § 730.3 [f]), the parties' attorneys shall immediately notify this court of any change in the circumstances affecting the calendaring or restoration of this appeal.
