Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 22, 2017. The order conditionally granted appellant's motion, in effect, to extend a stay.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as moot, as any issue with respect to the conditions provided for in the Civil Court's order entered February 22, 2017 was rendered moot when appellant vacated the premises on March 27, 2017 (see State of New York v General Elec. Co., 103 AD2d 985 [1984]).
