Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 11, 2016 and December 12, 2016, and a cross appeal having been taken from the order of said Court, entered on or about August 11, 2016, And the parties having moved for consolidation of the aforesaid appeals and cross appeal, and for an enlargement of

time to perfect the consolidated appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent

of permitting appellants and cross appellant to prosecute the consolidated appeals upon 9 copies of one record and one set

of appellants' points covering the consolidated appeals.

The attention of the parties is directed to 22 NYCRR § 600.11. The time to perfect the consolidated appeals and cross appeal
