An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about December 23, 2013,And an order of a Justice of this Court having been entered on April 7, 2017 (M-1872), inter alia, granting a stay of execution of judgment and sentence and releasing defendant-appellant on $3,000 bail, pending defendant's voluntary surrender on August 30, 2017, And defendant-appellant having moved for a continuation of the stay of execution of sentence, and bail, granted by the order of a Justice of this Court entered April 7, 2017 (M-1872), pending hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time within which to perfect the appeal to the December 2017 Term, and continuing the stay of execution of sentence, and bail, upon the same terms and conditions, pending

hearing and determination of the appeal, and upon the further condition that defendant-appellant perfects the appeal for said December 2017 Term. ENTERED: September 6, 2017
