| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered February 17, 2016, and an order of the same court dated December 16, 2015, as pertain to the issue of the return of certain corporate shares, on the ground that those portions of the appeals have been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
