Motion by the respondents Different Twist Pretzel, Inc., August Peter Maggio, Joan Maggio, and Chapel Banks Investments, Inc., inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 9, 2016, and December 9, 2016, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the movants' time to serve and file separate briefs on the appeals from the orders dated September 9, 2016, and December 9, 2016, respectively, is enlarged until November 13, 2017, and the motion is otherwise denied.
