On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 12, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 18, 2016, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
