| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, for leave to prosecute appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 8, 2015, and September 10, 2015, respectively, as a poor person, or, in the alternative, to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on the appeals, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on the appeals is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied as unnecessary (see CPLR 8022[b]).
