Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from the judgments of Jefferson County Court, rendered September 22, 2015 and October 2, 2015, and other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Mark Foti, Esq. sworn to August 18, 2017, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion seeking consolidation relief is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered September 22, 2015 and October 2, 2015 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion seeking an extension of time is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 19, 2017 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date August 21, 2017 and inserting in place thereof the date December 7, 2017.
