The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v
Ilir Ahmeti, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for summary reversal of a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County (Elisa S. Koenderman, J.), rendered November 19, 2014, on the ground that the transcript of the trial proceedings held on September 17, 2014 is unavailable.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is remitted to the Criminal Court (Elisa S. Koenderman, J.) for a hearing to determine if the transcript of the trial proceedings held on September 17, 2014 can be reconstructed. The Criminal Court shall file its report with all convenient speed.
