| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, in effect, for leave to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 12, 2017, and to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before September 25, 2017, the appellants shall serve and file the replacement brief, and file proof of service with this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 25, 2017, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
