Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue its opposition to a motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 6, 2015, as untimely taken, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 2, 2016.
