Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 12, 2017, which determined a motion, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order of this Court dated June 29, 2016, which determined appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 13, 2014, and a judgment of the same court entered April 24, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from making any further motions regarding the appeals without prior written leave of this Court.
