On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated August 25, 2017, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on certification is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Renee C. from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated March 16, 2017. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Steven P. Kmetz, Esq., dated August 11, 2017, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Toni-Marie B. is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(1) Toni-Marie B. is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) Toni-Marie B. is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact Toni-Marie B., and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
