DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 6, 2012. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with an "audio" of the trial testimony and, in effect, to resettle certain portions of the trial transcript.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to be provided with an "audio" of the trial testimony and, in effect, to resettle certain portions of the trial transcript and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before November 14, 2017; the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with an "audio" of the trial testimony is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to resettle certain portions of the trial transcript is denied without prejudice to assigned counsel seeking appropriate relief.
