DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated May 17, 2011 (People v Simmons, 84 AD3d 1120), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered November 19, 2008. The prior application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 22, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
