| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the plaintiff for leave to reargue her prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated May 22, 2009, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court, Kings County, dated May 30, 2008. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 3, 2011. Separate motion by the plaintiff pro se for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to reargue is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for poor person relief is denied as academic.
