| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered September 25, 2015, and, in effect, to hold the appeal in abeyance pending determination of his motion pursuant to CPL 440 by the County Court, Orange County, and consolidate any appeal from the order determining the motion pursuant to CPL 440 with the appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
