An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 20, 2016, and said appeal having been perfected, And, objector-respondent having moved to dismiss the appeal for failure to assemble a proper record, or in the alternative, for leave to file a supplemental record containing certain hearing testimony and to adjourn said appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of adjourning the appeal to the January 2018 Term (respondent's deadline December 6, 2017) and is otherwise denied.
