An appeal having been taken to this Court from the case management order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 20, 2017, And an interim stay of the order, with certain conditions, having been granted by a Justice of this Court on July 19, 2017 And defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of the aforesaid order pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal (M-3859), And plaintiffs-respondents having cross-moved for dismissal of the aforesaid appeal (M-4213), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion and cross motion are denied, and the interim relief granted by the order of a Justice of this Court, dated July 19, 2017, is vacated.
