DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Stephanie Herfurth for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 3, 2017, and, inter alia, to direct the forensic psychologist to provide her counsel with a copy of his report as well as the raw data, notes, and test results upon which the report is based.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
