Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 19, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the respondent's time to serve and file a supplemental brief is enlarged until October 10, 2017, and the respondent's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
