Motion by the appellant to deem a notice of appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated June 6, 2016, to be a premature notice of appeal from a judgment of the same court entered August 23, 2016, in Matter No. 1, to consolidate those appeals with an appeal from an order of the same court dated June 30, 2016, in Matter No. 2, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to deem the notice of appeal from the order dated June 6, 2016, to be a premature notice of appeal from the judgment entered August 23, 2016, in Matter No. 1, is granted, and the notice of appeal from the order dated June 6, 2016, is deemed to be a premature notice of appeal from the judgment entered August 23, 2016 (see CPLR 5520[c]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until October 10, 2017; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
