DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 31, 2017, which, inter alia, dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 29, 2016, for failure to timely perfect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, and to stay the sale of the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
