Motion by the appellants for leave to serve and file a brief in reply to the brief filed by the respondent Zerline Goodman on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 22, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the reply brief filed on July 7, 2017, is stricken, and on or before October 4, 2017, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief in reply to the briefs filed by the respondent Solstice Residential Group, LLC, and the respondent Zerline Goodman, and the motion is otherwise denied.
