The People, etc., respondent, v Terence Murdock, appellant. (Ind. No. 1316/16)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Terence Murdock from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 1, 2017. By order to show cause dated June 21, 2017, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should not be dismissed on the ground that the order dated May 1, 2017, is not appealable either by right or by permission.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
MASTRO, J.P., AUSTIN, DUFFY and CHRISTOPHER, JJ., concur.
