Motion by the appellants J. Foster Phillips Funeral Home, Inc., and Jerome Leary, and separate motion by the appellants Ricardo Record and Melanie Grenald to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 20, 2015.
