Appeals by Gosford A. Lembhard, Jr., from two judgments of the County Court, Orange County, both rendered June 25, 2014.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated November 14, 2014, and January 25, 2016, respectively, which granted poor person relief and assigned counsel with respect to the appeal from the judgment rendered June 25, 2014, under Indictment No. 13-00331, are amended to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel are also granted with respect to the appeal from the judgment rendered June 25, 2014, under Indictment No. 12-00632 and the captions thereof are amended to include the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-09351 from the judgment rendered under Indictment No. 12-00632.
