ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated September 20, 2017, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on certification is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Sayeda Khan from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated February 6, 2017. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Kellie M. Stabile, Esq., dated September 14, 2017, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
