ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated September 11, 2017, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated January 26, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court," and substituting therefor the words "Family Court."
