ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 14, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 10, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "footnote 2 on page 31" and substituting therefor the words "footnote 2 on page 2."
