DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, in effect, to hold in abeyance an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 23, 2016, until the perfection of a related appeal, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is enlarged until October 26, 2017, the record or appendix and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied.
