Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order of this Court dated September 19, 2016, entitled "Dismissal of Causes for Failure to Perfect," which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Court of Claims dated March 6, 2015, for failure to timely perfect.
