Appeal by Heart Share Human Services of New York, Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn, and cross appeal by Shatesse J. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 5, 2017. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Donald T. Rodda, Esq., dated June 26, 2017, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Angela S. is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal on behalf of Angela S.:

(2) Angela S. is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact her, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
