Motion by the petitioner-appellant, inter alia, for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 23, 2017, and to waive the motion filing fee.

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the motion filing fee is waived and the appeal will be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed, and the motion is otherwise denied.
