Motion by the nonparty-appellant for leave to reargue her opposition to a motion by the attorney for the children to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 26, 2016, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 21, 2017, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 21, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
