Motion by the nonparty-appellants to restrain the plaintiff-respondent from transferring, diminishing, or forfeiting a certain foreclosure auction bid deposit in the sum of $100,000 held in escrow by the plaintiff-respondent's counsel, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 31, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
