ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated September 5, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 11, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 25, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "September 27, 2017."
