Appeal by Joseph Kleinman from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, dated April 1, 2015.

ORDERED that the appeal is transferred, nunc pro tunc to November 18, 2016, to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts (see 22 NYCRR 730.1[d]); and it is further,

ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with the appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts.
