appellant, v Wayne C. Coleman, et al., respondents.

(Index No. 52618/16)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 5, 2017, July 7, 2017, and July 18, 2017, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders dated July 7, 2017, and July 18, 2017, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from orders that are not the result of a motion made on notice (see CPLR 5701), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

ENG, P.J., COHEN, MALTESE and IANNACCI, JJ., concur.
