DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 20, 2016, and October 3, 2016, respectively, to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the orders.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, all proceedings in the above-entitled action, and enforcement of the orders are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
