| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 27, 2015, inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve the record and appellant's brief, which were timely filed, and, in effect, for a briefing schedule.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve the record and appellant's brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve the record and appellant's brief is enlarged until October 12, 2017, and the record and the appellant's brief shall be served and proof of service shall be filed with the Clerk of this Court on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for a briefing schedule is granted to the extent that the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before December 15, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
