Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 29, 2017, to enjoin the respondent from selling the subject real property, and to stay a hearing on liquidated damages in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
