ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 14, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 16, 2016, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "October 9, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "October 10, 2017."
